[PATCH net-next v4] net: usb: introduce usbnet_mii_ioctl helper function

From: Ethan Nelson-Moore <hidden>
Date: 2026-02-03 01:35:23
Also in: linux-usb
Subsystem: networking drivers, the rest, usb "usbnet" driver framework, usb davicom dm9601 driver, usb networking drivers, usb smsc75xx ethernet driver, usb subsystem · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds, Oliver Neukum, Peter Korsgaard, Steve Glendinning, Greg Kroah-Hartman

Many USB network drivers use identical code to pass ioctl
requests on to the MII layer. Reduce code duplication by
refactoring this code into a helper function.
