The patch looked "ObviouslyCorrect(tm)" to me, and I did actually
compile-test it too.

So it probably wasn't _complete_ crap.

But I never even booted it, and if I had, I wouldn't have had any
loads that uses splice (or sendfile) anyway.

So caveat emptor.
