An Italian glossary was also added. Some changes:
 * commit (verb): (creare una) nuova revisione
 * commit (noun): revisione
 * checkout: attivazione
 * tracking branch: duplicato locale di ramo remoto
 * repository: archivio
 * some terms are used with more consistency

Thanks.  I saw no further discussion on this thread so I have applied
the attached patch as-is.  It will be in my repo.or.cz tree in a
couple of hours.
