[PATCH v3 net-next 07/12] net: dsa: hide dp->bridge_dev and dp->bridge_num in drivers behind helpers

From: Vladimir Oltean <vladimir.oltean@nxp.com>
Date: 2021-12-06 17:04:51
Subsystem: arrow speedchips xrs7000 series ethernet switch driver, broadcom b53/sf2 ethernet switch driver, marvell 88e6xxx ethernet switch fabric driver, mediatek switch driver, microchip ksz series ethernet switch driver, networking drivers, networking [dsa], the rest · Maintainers: George McCollister, Florian Fainelli, Jonas Gorski, Andrew Lunn, Chester A. Unal, Daniel Golle, Woojung Huh, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Vladimir Oltean, Linus Torvalds

The location of the bridge device pointer and number is going to change.
It is not going to be kept individually per port, but in a common
structure allocated dynamically and which will have lockdep validation.

Use the helpers to access these elements so that we have a migration
path to the new organization.

v2->v3:
- removed as many non-trivial changes as possible (split into other
  changes)
v1->v2:
- convert ksz_common.c too, after Oleksij's commit b3612ccdf284
  ("net: dsa: microchip: implement multi-bridge support").
