Also some packetloss, around 0.0005% (i prefer to have clear zero :-)) ). No
nat, no shapers, same kernel configuration.

Can you send an ethtool -S (+ ifconfig) of the 8169 if it misses 
packets as well as the lines of dmesg which relate to the r8169 
driver ?
