New device tree bindings are usually added in YAML format. Fix "SAMSUNG
SOC CLOCK DRIVERS" entry to cover both txt and yaml docs for Exynos
clock drivers.

No need because the pattern is correct at the moment. The patch does not
make sense on its own and should be squashed with the next one.
