[PATCH 35/62] x86/sev-es: Setup per-cpu GHCBs for the runtime handler

From: Joerg Roedel <joro@8bytes.org>
Date: 2020-02-11 13:56:08
Also in: kvm, lkml
Subsystem: the rest, x86 architecture (32-bit and 64-bit) · Maintainers: Linus Torvalds, Thomas Gleixner, Ingo Molnar, Borislav Petkov, Dave Hansen

From: Tom Lendacky <thomas.lendacky@amd.com>

The runtime handler needs a GHCB per CPU. Set them up and map them
unencrypted.
