[RFC PATCH v9 08/11] libbpf: Support creating and destroying qdisc

From: Amery Hung <hidden>
Date: 2024-07-14 17:51:37
Also in: bpf
Subsystem: bpf [general] (safe dynamic programs and tools), bpf [library] (libbpf), the rest · Maintainers: Alexei Starovoitov, Daniel Borkmann, Andrii Nakryiko, Eduard Zingerman, Kumar Kartikeya Dwivedi, Linus Torvalds

Extend struct bpf_tc_hook with handle, qdisc name and a new attach type,
BPF_TC_QDISC, to allow users to add or remove any qdisc specified in
addition to clsact.
