[RFC PATCH net-next v3 10/13] net: ethtool: pse-pd: Target the command to the requested PHY

From: Maxime Chevallier <maxime.chevallier@bootlin.com>
Date: 2023-12-01 16:37:58
Also in: linux-arm-kernel, lkml
Subsystem: networking [ethtool], networking [general], pse network driver, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, Jakub Kicinski, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Paolo Abeni, Oleksij Rempel, Kory Maincent, Linus Torvalds

PSE and PD configuration is a PHY-specific command. Instead of targeting
the command towards dev->phydev, use the request to pick the targeted
PHY device.
