TWIMC: this mail is primarily send for documentation purposes and for
regzbot, my Linux kernel regression tracking bot. These mails usually
contain '#forregzbot' in the subject, to make them easy to spot and filter.

After upgrading to kernel 5.19 (Arch Linux kernel, which is minimally modified, but I tested a few alternative kernels too, such as zen), wifi reconnect on resume is broken when using NetworkManager + iwd.
