[RFCv5 PATCH net-next 06/20] net: simplify the netdev features expression

From: Jian Shen <shenjian15@huawei.com>
Date: 2022-03-24 15:55:47
Subsystem: hisilicon network subsystem 3 driver (hns3), hisilicon network subsystem driver, networking drivers, networking [ethtool], networking [general], sfc network driver, the rest · Maintainers: Jian Shen, Jijie Shao, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Andrew Lunn, Edward Cree, Linus Torvalds

To make the semantic patches simple, split the complex opreation of
netdev_features to simple ones, and replace some feature macroes with
global netdev features variables.
