[PATCH net-next v2 09/10] net: phy: Put interface into oper testing during cable test

From: Andrew Lunn <andrew@lunn.ch>
Date: 2020-05-05 00:18:55
Subsystem: ethernet phy library, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, Heiner Kallweit, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Since running a cable test is disruptive, put the interface into
operative state testing while the test is running.
