[PATCH 04/11] net: phylink: switch to using fwnode_gpiod_get_index()

From: Dmitry Torokhov <dmitry.torokhov@gmail.com>
Date: 2019-09-11 07:52:52
Also in: linux-gpio, lkml
Subsystem: ethernet phy library, networking drivers, sff/sfp/sfp+ module support, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, Heiner Kallweit, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Russell King, Linus Torvalds

Instead of fwnode_get_named_gpiod() that I plan to hide away, let's use
the new fwnode_gpiod_get_index() that mimics gpiod_get_index(), bit
works with arbitrary firmware node.
