[PATCH 3/5] procfs: fix double drop_sysctl_table()

From: Yafang Shao <hidden>
Date: 2018-12-05 12:57:28
Also in: linux-fsdevel, lkml, netfilter-devel
Subsystem: filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), proc filesystem, proc sysctl, the rest · Maintainers: Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Kees Cook, Joel Granados, Linus Torvalds

All of the callers will execute drop_sysctl_table() whatever the callee
insert_header() successes or fails.
So we can't execute drop_sysctl_table() in insert_header().
