[PATCH iproute2 0/3] Process IFLA_BRIDGE_VLAN_INFO tlv

Process IFLA_BRIDGE_VLAN_INFO attribute nested in IFLA_AF_SPEC, which
contains bridge vlan table per port passed in link events.
