bd1060a1d671 ("sock, cgroup: add sock->sk_cgroup") added global
spinlock cgroup_sk_update_lock but erroneously skipped initializer
leading to uninitialized spinlock warning.  Fix it by using
DEFINE_SPINLOCK().
