[PATCH RFC 59/77] qla2xxx: Update MSI/MSI-X interrupts enablement code

From: Alexander Gordeev <hidden>
Date: 2013-10-02 16:39:53
Also in: linux-ide, linux-mips, linux-pci, linux-rdma, linux-s390, linux-scsi, linuxppc-dev, lkml
Subsystem: qlogic qla2xxx fc-scsi driver, scsi subsystem, the rest · Maintainers: Nilesh Javali, "James E.J. Bottomley", "Martin K. Petersen", Linus Torvalds

As result of recent re-design of the MSI/MSI-X interrupts enabling
pattern this driver has to be updated to use the new technique to
obtain a optimal number of MSI/MSI-X interrupts required.
