[PATCH 13/29] sysctl: Remove the now unused ctl_table parent field.

From: Eric W. Biederman <hidden>
Date: 2012-01-27 04:49:34
Also in: linux-fsdevel, lkml
Subsystem: filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), proc filesystem, proc sysctl, the rest · Maintainers: Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Kees Cook, Joel Granados, Linus Torvalds

While useful at one time for selinux and the sysctl sanity
checks those users no longer use the parent field and we can
safely remove it.
