Thanks! Hmm... Not sure if "parsing" is the right word, i.e. a flag
change could still make `bindgen` parse and generate code fine but not
match the ABI of the C compiler.

i.e. I guess I would have expected something like "...: its libclang
may not support the section argument (Clang >= 21) and the removal of
the flag does not change the ABI" or similar.
