[PATCH 03/15] dm: make EBS depend on !HIGHMEM

From: Christoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de>
Date: 2021-08-04 10:01:50
Also in: ceph-devel, dm-devel, linux-bcache, linux-block, linux-nvme, linux-raid, linux-s390, linux-scsi, virtualization
Subsystem: device-mapper (lvm), software raid (multiple disks) support, the rest · Maintainers: Alasdair Kergon, Mike Snitzer, Mikulas Patocka, Benjamin Marzinski, Song Liu, Yu Kuai, Linus Torvalds

__ebs_rw_bvec use page_address on the submitted bios data, and thus
can't deal with highmem. Disable the target on highmem configs.
