  $ git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/libs/libtrace/libtracefs.git
  $ cd libtracefs/
  $ make
  $ sudo make install
  $ cd ..
  $ sudo dnf install python3-docutils procps-devel
  $ cd $rtla_src
  $ make
  $ sudo make install

Add a README to the above, so that people will know what dependencies there
are.
