[PATCH 04/11] KVM: Sanitize cpuid

From: Steven Rostedt <rostedt@goodmis.org>
Date: 2011-12-04 19:03:21
Also in: lkml
Subsystem: kernel virtual machine for x86 (kvm/x86), the rest, x86 architecture (32-bit and 64-bit) · Maintainers: Sean Christopherson, Paolo Bonzini, Linus Torvalds, Thomas Gleixner, Ingo Molnar, Borislav Petkov, Dave Hansen

From: Avi Kivity <redacted>

Instead of blacklisting known-unsupported cpuid leaves, whitelist known-
supported leaves. This is more conservative and prevents us from reporting
features we don't support. Also whitelist a few more leaves while at it.
