[PATCH v3 5/8] md: add error handling support for add_disk()

From: Luis Chamberlain <mcgrof@kernel.org>
Date: 2021-08-30 21:27:20
Also in: dm-devel, linux-block, linux-nvme, linux-scsi, lkml
Subsystem: software raid (multiple disks) support, the rest · Maintainers: Song Liu, Yu Kuai, Linus Torvalds

We never checked for errors on add_disk() as this function
returned void. Now that this is fixed, use the shiny new
error handling.

We just do the unwinding of what was not done before, and are
sure to unlock prior to bailing.
