Small stylistic nit, just saw this chunk fly by - the proper 
comment style is like this one:

	/*
	 * Point cursor at the modrm byte.  The next 4 bytes are the
	 * displacement.  Beyond the displacement, for some instructions,
	 * is the immediate operand.
	 */
