The mach-db120.c file is licensed under the Clear BSD license. That
is based on the modified BSD license and the FSF's [1] site states
that it is compatible with both the GPLv2 and GPLv3.

However if you have concerns about the copyright we can resubmit
this file under the ISC license [2]. The ISC license is already
used upstream by the ath6kl and ath9k drivers.

Gabor, please resubmit under the ISC license. The patch
has been pending since December and I really do not
want to wait any longer. You can just resubmit this
one single patch.
