It's not finished, as there are few values hardcoded, but more testing on other Apple laptops / Monitors and I'm looking for feedback.
Excuse my poor English (it is my 1st language believe it or not). More testing is needed and I'm looking for any feedback. I also failed to mention that it wont work unless you boot with the monitor plugged in.
