[PATCH] ATY128 M3 Mirroring Fixes

This patch enables and configures the 2nd CRTC/PLL/DDA which gives
crystal clear output on my Dual USB iBook / ViewSonic A70F. Previously,
straight lines looked like a sin graph.

It's not finished, as there are few values hardcoded, but more testing
on other Apple laptops / Monitors and I'm looking for feedback.

Excuse my poor English (it is my 1st language believe it or not). More
testing is needed and I'm looking for any feedback.

I also failed to mention that it wont work unless you boot with the
monitor plugged in.
