[PATCH] fscrypto: remove unnecessary includes

From: Eric Biggers <hidden>
Date: 2016-09-14 20:59:02
Also in: linux-f2fs-devel, linux-fsdevel
Subsystem: filesystems (vfs and infrastructure), fscrypt: file system level encryption support, the rest · Maintainers: Alexander Viro, Christian Brauner, Eric Biggers, Theodore Y. Ts'o, Jaegeuk Kim, Linus Torvalds

This patch removes some #includes that are clearly not needed, such as a
reference to ecryptfs, which is unrelated to the new filesystem
encryption code.
