Changes since v9:
 - remove dpi0 output port and endpoint connection hdmi0
   as that only gets added in a later patch
 - disable dpi0, dsi0, and mipi_tx0/1 by default

Please also include the changes required to enable the mt8173-evb.dts
display pipes.
