I have a CSR Dongle with the exact same problem on Debian 10. I am a new linux
user, so my question is how to apply the patch suggested this comment (In reply

Please apply this patch and check if it works. Also capture logs and send
them here.

This is a modified version of a patch Johan Hedberg did some time ago.
