From: Ian Molton <hidden>
Date: 2017-07-08 16:29:06
Subsystem: bluetooth drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Marcel Holtmann, Luiz Augusto von Dentz, Linus Torvalds

Convert hci_ll to use hci_uart_unregister_device().

This simplifies the _remove() handler as well as fixes a
potential race condition on unload.
