Multiple peripherals

Hello, 
is BlueZ library capable of:

1) Handling multiple connected peripherals at the same time?
2) Starting establishing connections to multiple peripherals at the same time?
3) Receive advertising packets from peripherals while performing connection procedure or being connected to another peripheral?
