The only input device I have is a regular keyboard and a USB mouse. The USB mouse is configured as a KEY Genius Netscroll+ /dev/mouse in SaX and intelliMouse Explorer (USB) is choosen in yast.
as I said, the real reason has never been tracked down, but you can try to remove the mouse from your SaX configuration and see if it works.
