[PATCH v5.5 19/30] KVM: x86: Don't call kvm_mmu_change_mmu_pages() if the count hasn't changed

From: Sean Christopherson <seanjc@google.com>
Date: 2021-11-04 00:28:59
Also in: kvm, kvm-riscv, kvmarm, linux-mips, linux-riscv, lkml
Subsystem: kernel virtual machine for x86 (kvm/x86), the rest, x86 architecture (32-bit and 64-bit) · Maintainers: Sean Christopherson, Paolo Bonzini, Linus Torvalds, Thomas Gleixner, Ingo Molnar, Borislav Petkov, Dave Hansen

There is no point in calling kvm_mmu_change_mmu_pages() for memslot
operations that don't change the total page count, so do it just for
KVM_MR_CREATE and KVM_MR_DELETE.
