[PATCH v4 25/66] KVM: arm64: nv: Respect virtual HCR_EL2.TVM and TRVM settings

From: Marc Zyngier <maz@kernel.org>
Date: 2021-05-10 17:44:46
Also in: kvm, kvmarm
Subsystem: arm64 port (aarch64 architecture), kernel virtual machine for arm64 (kvm/arm64), the rest · Maintainers: Catalin Marinas, Will Deacon, Marc Zyngier, Oliver Upton, Linus Torvalds

From: Jintack Lim <redacted>

Forward the EL1 virtual memory register traps to the virtual EL2 if they
are not coming from the virtual EL2 and the virtual HCR_EL2.TVM or TRVM
bit is set.

This is for recursive nested virtualization.
