[PATCH v3 05/14] spi: pxa2xx: Unify ifdeffery used in the headers

From: Andy Shevchenko <andriy.shevchenko@linux.intel.com>
Date: 2021-05-10 13:02:30
Also in: alsa-devel, linux-spi, lkml
Subsystem: spi subsystem, the rest · Maintainers: Mark Brown, Linus Torvalds

The two headers have quite different ifdeffery to prevent multiple inclusion.
Unify them with the pattern that in particular reflects their location.
