Most global C functions in arch/arm/boot/compressed/ do not have previous
prototypes, as they are called from assembler only. The only exception is
arch/arm/boot/compressed/misc.h.
Russell: do you want to have prototypes for all of them?

In personal conversations with technical people, I call myself a hacker. But
when I'm talking to journalists I just say "programmer" or something like that.
