[PATCH v4 2/3] compat/posix.h: clean up GIT_GNUC_PREREQ() and UNUSED

Fix the preprocessor indentation of the GIT_GNUC_PREREQ() and UNUSED macros according to the CodingGuidelines, without changing their behavior.
