[PATCH v1 0/3] Fix typo's and capitalise PMD

This patchset cleans up the use of the phrase PMD throughout dpdk by capitalising pmd and also removing the use of the word driver following PMD. This patchset also removes some unnecessary duplication of the word "the" in comments and docs.
