4.4 is still missing ccf7abb93af0 "tcp: avoid infinite loop in
tcp_splice_read()" although you've applied it to 4.9 (in 4.9.11).  I've
reproduced the bug and fix on 3.2, so I'm confident it's also needed
for 4.4.
