[PATCH v3 8/9] rust: sync: use `kernel::{fmt,prelude::fmt!}`

From: Tamir Duberstein <hidden>
Date: 2025-08-13 15:40:10
Also in: dri-devel, linux-block, linux-fsdevel, linux-kselftest, lkml, nouveau
Subsystem: rust, rust [sync], the rest · Maintainers: Miguel Ojeda, Boqun Feng, Gary Guo, Alice Ryhl, Linus Torvalds

Reduce coupling to implementation details of the formatting machinery by
avoiding direct use for `core`'s formatting traits and macros.
