[PATCH RESEND wireless-next 11/18] wifi: mac80211: Enable skb extensions along with mac80211

When mac80211 module is selected in build configs, enable SKB_EXTENSIONS
as a dependency since mac80211 has started using SKB extensions with SMD
as its first user.
