[PATCH net-next 2/2] net: ti: icssg-prueth: Use system default workqueue in ndo_set_rx_mode callback

Currently, the actual processing of ndo_set_rx_mode is executed in a work. However, there is no need to create a dedicated workqueue for such a simple use case. To simplify the code, switch to using the system default workqueue instead.
