[PATCH net-next 1/4] net: phy: add iterator phy_for_each

From: Heiner Kallweit <hkallweit1@gmail.com>
Date: 2025-10-17 20:40:52
Also in: imx, linux-omap
Subsystem: ethernet phy library, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, Heiner Kallweit, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Add an iterator for all PHY's on a MII bus, and phy_find_next()
as a prerequisite.
