[PATCH net-next 2/5] devlink: Move health reporter recovery abort logic to a separate function

From: Tariq Toukan <tariqt@nvidia.com>
Date: 2025-07-17 16:08:41
Also in: intel-wired-lan, linux-doc, linux-rdma, lkml
Subsystem: devlink, networking [general], the rest · Maintainers: Jiri Pirko, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Shahar Shitrit <redacted>

Extract the health reporter recovery abort logic into a separate
function devlink_health_recover_abort().
The function encapsulates the conditions for aborting recovery:
- When auto-recovery is disabled
- When previous error wasn't recovered
- When within the grace period after last recovery
