[PATCH net-next 03/10] ice: Use FIELD_PREP for timestamp values

From: Tony Nguyen <anthony.l.nguyen@intel.com>
Date: 2025-02-10 19:24:03
Subsystem: intel ethernet drivers, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Tony Nguyen, Przemek Kitszel, Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

From: Karol Kolacinski <redacted>

Instead of using shifts and casts, use FIELD_PREP after reading 40b
timestamp values.

Rename a couple defines for better clarity and consistency.
