[PATCH RFC net-next 09/23] net: phy: add configuration of rx clock stop mode

From: Russell King (Oracle) <hidden>
Date: 2024-11-26 13:03:44
Also in: linux-arm-kernel
Subsystem: ethernet phy library, networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, Heiner Kallweit, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Add a function to allow configuration of the PCS's clock stop enable
bit, used to configure whether the xMII receive clock can be stopped
during LPI mode.
