[PATCH net-next v7 09/13] net: ethtool: plca: Target the command to the requested PHY

From: Maxime Chevallier <maxime.chevallier@bootlin.com>
Date: 2024-02-13 15:04:49
Also in: linux-arm-kernel, lkml
Subsystem: networking [ethtool], networking [general], plca reconciliation sublayer (ieee802.3 clause 148), the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, Jakub Kicinski, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Paolo Abeni, Piergiorgio Beruto, Linus Torvalds

PLCA is a PHY-specific command. Instead of targeting the command
towards dev->phydev, use the request to pick the targeted PHY.
