[PATCH net-next 3/5] mctp: Add helper for address match checking

From: Jeremy Kerr <jk@codeconstruct.com.au>
Date: 2022-02-08 11:28:27
Also in: linux-doc
Subsystem: management component transport protocol (mctp), networking [general], the rest · Maintainers: Jeremy Kerr, Matt Johnston, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Currently, we have a couple of paths that check that an EID matches, or
the match value is MCTP_ADDR_ANY.

Rather than open coding this, add a little helper.
