[PATCH net v3 9/9] r8152: disable DelayPhyPwrChg

From: Hayes Wang <hidden>
Date: 2021-06-17 10:00:44
Also in: linux-usb, lkml
Subsystem: networking drivers, the rest, usb networking drivers · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

When enabling this, the device would wait an internal signal which
wouldn't be triggered. Then, the device couldn't enter P3 mode, so
the power consumption is increased.
